I have been meaning to blog a few images from our February trip to Madrid. It seems a long time ago now but as it was the first time my favourite person met my favourite place it was definitely worthy of a blog post.

I spotted a Spanish bridal shop during one of our strolls….cue hours of one sided wedding photography chat.

My Favourite hang out: The beautiful Lolina Vintage cafe in Malasana. This was the one place could come to and feel like I was back home complete with a nice cup of tea and a piece of cake.
Our lovely breakfast of jam and Goats cheese on toast:

Pauls favourite hang out:

A chilly evening in Sol:

So we went to another bar and ate more chorizo:

I love this image of Paul taking in the morning sun:

A New York – London- Potters Field Civil Partnership. Congratulations Adam & Peter

Back in June I had the pleasure of photographing Adam and Peters Civil partnership reception (the part held in London!) The reception also acted as their leaving do as they were both heading off to start a new life in Sydney a few days later. The afternoon was full of tears, hugs and special moments so much so that I felt like I was going to join in. The speeches were intimate and reminded me of my friends and the fact that time is very precious.
Adam & Peter, I hope the photos capture your day with all its emotions and atmosphere.
Good luck with your future!

Reception: The Bridge Lounge, Tooley Street, Tower Bridge.
Portraits: Potters Field, London Bridge.
